$1 Books

I don't know about you, but I love a good book. Unfortunately I don't get to read as often as I like. I'm lucky if I can get in two books a year, that's how much time I really DON"T have. My favorite author the passed few year's has been Jodi Picoult.

I recently stocked up on about 8 or 9 (I believe I have one at work) of her books from a really cool book store called Piccolo's where ALL the books are $1. Can you believe it... $1.

And this isn't some tiny little book store, even though all their signs are on 8.5x11 papers. It used to be a Borders so the selection here is super amazing. And the employee's are so super nice. Anyway, I have been in here everyday the past few days searching for my next big read, not another Jodi book (I haven't even read all the one's I have) but instead "The Great Gatsby". I'm really hoping to come across it soon. I keep hearing/reading about a movie, and it was mentioned in Allure this month, and of course, it's a classic! I'm keeping my finger's crossed, otherwise I might just have to pay $9 on amazon ...lol... I just NEED an excuse to go to this bookstore everyday :)

And in case you are wondering, My favorite Jodi Picoult book (so far) ... Plain Truth. Just read it!
